• Developed automation and IaC for several systems using largely terraform, ansible, GitHub actions, jenkins and bash - on-prem and AWS.
• Converted CI and CD workflows from Jenkins to GitHub actions for a new polylith monorepo, replacing the old backend build system and incorporating it with existing build components.
• Migrated GitHub runners from Amazon Linux to Ubuntu.

• Tested and developed automation using Ruby/rspec for ScoutPrime - a big-data tool for correlating information about software vulnerabilities and the topology of the internet.

• Researched, designed and implemented a custom Selenium Grid test framework using Selenium WebDriver and PowerShell to dramatically increase automation speed/efficiency of the existing Protractor test suite by concurrently executing 100 tests and streamlining reporting directly into the existing Microsoft TFS dashboard.
• Implemented several new software tools and technologies for the QA automation project including debugging, mobile device emulation, linting, custom VSCode tasks, code snippets, initial documentation for the project and implemented additional custom reporting tools.
• Created automated TypeScript tests and manually tested several new initiatives, communicating issues to developers, ensuring high quality releases for several features including form upload functionality, auto-PAR, mobile features and several others.

• Acted as defect coordinator for the team by managing defects, communicating with and involving development, QA and third-level support teams to help resolve software issues as soon as possible.
• Redesigned the auto-download testing strategy and led testing each cycle, coordinating with external teams to ensure customers could reliably download and apply new updates regardless of their version or configuration.
• Developed manual test cases and test objectives for several company-wide initiatives including dangerous goods, mail innovations enhancements and upload forms enhancements, identifying issues and communicating with developers.

• Developed a tool using C# and WPF for generating defect/test case metrics containing defect management data from TFS (Team Foundation Server) and test case management data from HPQC, used to analyze and report on the quality of WorldShip - a windows-based global shipping application deployed to over 100 countries.
